• Objective

Bear responsibility manage sales team and the ability to develop and implement the required functions and the ability to solve problems and personnel training and the application of company policies.

 

• Functions and responsibilities of chairperson
1 - Management team members.
2 - Good training for the basics of sales and individual skills.
3 - Emphasis on the visit of delegates to customers and itineraries.
4 - Book reports required.
5 - Monitor the implementation of the basics of selling in the market.
6 - Follow up the implementation offers required in the market.
7 - Check on the implementation of the tasks in the market.
8 - Monitor the implementation of the plans and selling the company's marketing market.

 

• Powers and authorities
- Finance: none.
- Technical: dealing with customers in the market.
- The supervisory: overseeing the delegates.

 

• Qualifications and limits of knowledge required by the incumbent
- Education: qualified high.
- Degree and specialization education preferred: bachelor of Commerce prefers.
- Years of experience required: 3 - 5 years.
- Computer skills: very good.
- The level of mastery of a foreign language: good.
- Other requirements: good-looking and tact in modern.

- Average level : planning and organization - writing reports - negotiate.
